I have a problem with attachments in the ticket, the problem is that in the ticket body I see the attachments and their size, but when I try to open them I opened a blank page 404 Not found.
I always use the Plugin "Attachments on the filesystem" this problem is occurring recently and do not understand why, since I have not made any updates, other strange thing is that I can not see even the old attachments of closed tickets.
