Time + X Variable to define SLA in auto ticket response by user

Hi All,
I am using OST to receive and manage manufacturing orders. I receive orders from across the country (Australia) and would like to be able to configure a variable for each client (user) email so when they send me an email, OST adds a certain number of days (variable by user) to todays date and includes that in the auto response.

Is this possible with the variables function? Can you do operations with variables? Like todays date + X_days?
