Department Transfer

I Created 3 Departments... Marketing / Sales / Admin
  • When a user create a new ticket... Then its automatically going to the Marketing Department... 
  • After Confirmation of the User details by Marketing Team, Then they forward Ticket to the Sales Department... 
  • In the Ticket Status its also showing that it forwarded to the Sales Department... 
  • But the Sales Department members when login, actually they supposed to get the new ticket details... But they are not getting any new tickets... 
  • Instead of forwarding to the Department / If they assign to the particular member, then the new ticket details is showing to that member...
hope you understand the Question clearly... and please reply the solution as early as possible...
