I have activated that osticket sends alerts to "Department Members" if there are a "Ticket Assignment Alert" or "Ticket Transfer Alert". But osticket doesn't send the email to members. Osticket only sends emails to "Assigned Agent/Team". But if there is a Overdue Ticket, the system works properly and sends an email to Department Members.
