Dashboard - Agents have disappeared.

We have just noticed that the dashboard for just one of our managers has started playing up.

Usually he can see all other agents and the relating information but now he can only see one agent that is himself. 

No one has been working on the system and no settings have been changed as far as we know

Does anyone have any ideas what could be the cause of this?
