Hi all,
May anyone test V1.10-RC.3 Ossticket,
I face issue that the knowledge base status is seems diapers /not show on client interfaces,
on admin panel -- knowledgebase, knowledge base status is check mark
Then on Agent Panel,
i check list FAQs is empty, for the FAQ Categories i create 3 type (public, Featured, Private),
but is also not showing on client internfaces.
do i have wrong setting or is any setting to show up the knowledge base status on client interfaces ?
