I have a strange issue. I started by installing OSticket on our NAS server and as such configuring and testing by accessing locally (//ip/osticket/upload/scp../ and here popup's work fine, but when I access via the outside domain, the popup does not open with text, but just remain white blog that does not open. Anyone have an idea ?
