New ticket confirmation

I have a pretty typical OSTicket setup: when someone e-mails us at help@dept.example.edu, it gets picked up with IMAP, and the helpdesk manager and I get a new ticket alert.

I'd like to be able to have an auto-response to the submitter, along the lines of "You have submitted...". How do I go about this? I cannot for the life of me figure it out.
