Exception 'List indices should be integers' Opening New Ticket - Microsoft Azure

Hello everybody!
I correctly installed osTicket v1.10-RC.2 (Release Candidate), without any additional language!
This is the only version (v1.10-RC.2) that I successfully install without any problem.

We use Microsoft Azure cloud computing platform.
So I activate on Microsoft Azute those resources:
- Web App --> Free Hosting service with second level domain (http://mywebapp.azurewebsites.net/) with PHP Version 5.4.45
- Free Mysql Database version 5.0.10

The Azure shared system is Windows NT RD0003FF1DC534 6.2 build 9200 (Windows Server 2012 Datacenter Edition) i586

So, we have our osTicket fully functional on http://paiplmermec.azurewebsites.net/osticket/, but without any possibility of opening ticket!

We compile the open ticket form, but when we press the button "Create Ticket" we have always the same exception error:
