The Email Access Link sent to users looks like this:
(website root)/view.php?auth=o1xbqaaaaboaaaaaZRqyFaDncUtS5Q%3D%3D
and doesn't work.
I have to replace the %3D%3D with == and then it works.
I already read the reported issue --> https://github.com/osTicket/osTicket/issues/1307 but I don't know what to do to make it work :).
In the User Template I use %{recipient.ticket_link} to insert the access link.
