Is it possible to use different texteditor?

Hello,

is it possible to use different texteditor i osticket? (e.g. text editor for creating feedbacks or alerts).

Actual texteditor is limited releating to text/table formatting - sometimes even if I format text or table then after save it changes.
There is also problem with "backspace" - I think knowed fo you.

Is it somehowe possible to implement some different text editor?
