assign ticket to teams, but the agents not receive notification on the email

Any one have face this issue before,
when user create tickets on spesific cases, 
each cases already assign base on teams -- why the agent not able receive the notification ? when user sucessfull created the tickets
when overdue the tickets the agent receive the notification by email.

is any setting need to be done

osTicket Versionv1.10 (901e5ea) —  Up to date
Web Server SoftwareApache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu)
MySQL Version5.7.17
PHP Version5.6.28-1+deb.sury.org~xenial+1
