Maybe can share to Understand the calculation on statisitic base on Departement, Topic or Agent
As sample :

From Hardware issue (base on my attachment picture),
Opened : 5 ticket
but when i check on system, that is no tickets at status open.
same for assigned also.
it is possible to re-query/modified query on the system ? or thats is correct the figure what is show on statistic table
