I have a question :)
Sometimes we get tickets and emails where we think the customer did not add a message or a broken message, we get an empty message but the customer in question tells us that this is not the case.
Hereby an example:

Above you will see the message stops after "Je voudrais r". Is this a common problem? Has this something to do with special characters?
