We're using OST v1.9.8.
Sometimes we will delete tickets, i want to know what will happen to the deleted ticket numbers, will there be chances the same number be re-used for future new tickets?
How does the random number generation works in OST?
Everytime a new random ticket number is generated, is there some logic to check against existing ticket numbers to prevent duplication?
