I tried to find a similar issue somewhere but can't find anything. I am having a problem with using send mail under ticket filter action. First I tried using the available variables to display specific information from user and send it to agents via e-mail but it appears that whenever I try to do so, I only get "Array". Is there a way to use custom variables which I created from custom forms?
Here's what I'm trying to achieve. I created specific help topics with different custom forms which information I want to include in every new ticket alert. It works using email template but each help topic has unique fields on information and that would leave empty space if I try to configure all of them under a single template.
