I don't really have a whole lot of time to develop this, but I can throw my two cents into the mix and get some feedback.
I'd love to have a ticket submission option to include SMS updates. Easy to do when you realize that emailing the SMS gateway will make it function from the osTicket standpoint exactly like email.
If someone could whip up a drop down box for email address to be a phone number with the carrier (Verizon = @vtext.com, T-Mobile = @tmomail.net, etc.)
