Problems with authentication on pure osTicket v1.10 (901e5ea)

I Have a problems with authentication on pure osTicket v1.10 (901e5ea).

At first i test all functions on Chrome browser and all work's fine.

But then i started tested osTicket on other computers with IE, Safari, Firefox and Opera browsers, and i found problems with authentication to admin menu (/scp/) and client menu.

If i enter correct login and password to enter in /scp/, i've get a message "Authentication Required". If i enter incorrect login and password, i've get a message "Access denied". I.e. i can not enter to admin (manager) panel.

Then i tested enter to client panel and enter correct login and password for client, but nothing happened. But when i enter incorrect login and password i've get a message "Access denied".

I read all logs, but I did not find any errors.

My server work on Debian 6.0.10

My web server - Apache/2.2.16

MySQL 5.5.38

PHP 5.4.45-1 ~ dotdeb + 6.1
