i'm searching for an option to link an existing FAQ to a Ticket response, i'm pretty sure it was there with the 1.9.X
but i can't find it anymore in the latest version. This would make things much easier if i just can select an existing FAQ and attach it to the ticket response instead of going to the public FAQ, copy the link and paste it into the ticket.
