Table seems to be messing up the whole ticket?

Some tickets that come in, especially those with tables sometimes tend to mess up the entire ticket system. To a point that it's unusable.

There should be a way to convert a reply to text which i think might solve this problem, and also remove replies. By removing replies, I mean the blockquotes that outlook adds onto an email i think.

This is the problem I'm having. And I actually have no idea how to fix it, or if i go db diving, i can't find where to look to trace the problem. Also, due to so many replies (block quotes) being sent into a single message it's difficult to try edit the html to attempt to fix it up and put it back.

I'm lost here. Any ideas?
