I've been trying to get osT to CC a different email for every ticket email that is being sent out. My problem is very similar to the problem in this thread http://osticket.com/forum/discussion/78383/resolved-automatically-add-a-cc-or-perferably-bcc-to-any-tickets-sent-out-using-smtp
I have tried creating a department manager and an organization account manager but they are not receiving emails. (even with the New Message Alert & New Internal Activity Alert notices checked on.)
Any help would be appreciated.
