Formatting/layout gone in received notification.

Client side:
Windows 7 Professional
Outlook 2013

When a ticket is send to Osticket by a customer we get a notification email from Osticket which contains a copy of the ticket content. These notifications are send to 3 email addresses.
1.) The email address of the support department (company domain)
2.) To the admin's email address (company domain).
3.) To a second email address of the support department (gmail)

1 and 2 (company domain mails) get into my Outlook 2013.
I handle 3 with my smartphone and/or webmail.

The notification send from Osticket to the support department (1) is in good order, everything is fine.

The notification send to the admin (2) however is not fine. All layout formatting is gone.
The text is present, but there are no alinea's, no blank lines in the text either. The complete text is put behind each other.

So this only happens with the notification to admin.

Both the other notification emails (1 and 3) are fine.

How can I fix this?
