New versions and updates for 1.10

Since the release of 1.10 we are quite satisfied with osticket but, the search option is still not optimal imho.

Do other users agree with me or is it my brain-damaged way of thinking? 

Are there any plans for new releases of osticket in the near future? 

For auditing purpose i would like to have a simple expansion in the Agents list, one extra colom, with Administrator y/N or an other way of reporting what user is in administrator role. When we are audited the auditor wants to see quickly who has what rights.
