Add more ticket status

Hi all,

it is possible for me to add more / add additional ticket status.? by default, we have OPEN / NEW / CLOSED / OVERDUE /

but can I add more.?example: ON GOING or IN PROGRESS

I want to add this ticket status to avoid overdue remarks on ticket.
