AD authentication working only for agents

I`m new with OSTicket and testing on y organization. Sorry if this questions is naive.

My AD integrations allows to authenticate Agents, but for clients. Why I was expecting, - and it was the reason to choose OSTicket-, is OSTticket to allow cliente authentication  when creating their tickets.

IS this posibles? or I`m having some kind of misconfiguration?
