I have the option to reopen a closed ticket that is on a resolved state (closed state) on but it's not working. The message is received on the ticket but it remains closed.
On the other hand, closed tickets are reopened normally.
This ost was upgraded from v1.9.4 last week and at that time this functionality was working without a problem.
