Hi Forum,
I'm having a strange issue.
When using osTicket via Firefox, typing out a response to a ticket or just typing out anything, the cursor jumps from where you're typing to be
back at the top every time is saved.
This doesn't happen when using Chrome...
Does anyone know how to turn off drafts?
