Just setting up OS Ticket on a test server at the moment, and one of the requirements I have been tasked at doing is to enable emails sent to help@domain.com will be automatically logged by the OS Ticket system.
Can anyone guide me through whether this is possible, and if it is, what options within OS Ticket need setting?
The other bits should be pretty straight forward that I need to do, such as customising the pages to include system status on the home page which will just be a php include to another site to show status.
