We've recently upgraded to v1.10 of osTicket and it's really great. However, we are currently experiencing an issue that we didn't have with v1.9.8.
The issue is that when an agent uploads an attachment to a ticket and clicks "Save", the attachment disappears. When an end user is opening a ticket they can attach an attachment to a ticket and it gets saved successfully and the end user and agent can see the attachment.
If anyone has a solution to the above issue. I have checked that Attachments are enabled in settings and all common documents are allowed etc.
