Hi,
Many of you requested i fixed the issue that the number behind the "On-Hold" menu option was not the right number:

Follow the steps below to fix this issue.
Step 1.
Download the patched version of "tickets.php"

Step 2.
Open the file "tickets.php" (The patched version)
and go to line 361, and change the "6" to your on-hold status id.

After that Save the file.

(To find your status_id use any SQL database program (such as PHPmyadmin)
and go to the "ost_ticket_status" table and copy the "id" of the "On-Hold" status)

Step 3.
Upload "tickets.php" into the folder \scp\
