Assign ticket to an agent in another department manually

Hi!

We updated to 1.10. It seems to be that the manual assignment of tickets by agents to another agent has been changed. Now we see only the agents in the list that are in the same department, rather than the entire list of all agents, which have extended access to this department.

Example:
Department A with primary members Agent 1 and 2 and extended members Agent 3 and 4.
Department B with primary members Agent 3 and 4 and extended members Agent 1 and 2.

Problem is: Agent 1 cannot assign ticket of Department A to an Agent 3.
What can we change to allow this?
